Young

CEO

Kyle Young has more than 10 years of investment management experience. As a CFP and Vice President at Merrill Lynch, he built his wealth management practice to over $125m in AUM before splitting off to focus his time on his entrepreneurial ventures.

While building his wealth management practice, Kyle invested and advised in over fifteen early-stage startups across various industries and syndicated over $15m through equity and mezzanine debt in the real estate sector across over 20 projects. With a focus on condo development and commercial long term buy-and-hold strategies, Kyle deeply understands the management involved in owning and operating not only real estate, but businesses as a whole. He is a strong believer that rental portfolios are not only an investment but a business and should operate as such.

Dawn has over 26 years of experience in finance administration and project management with the last 10 years focusing on commercial and residential property acquisition, development, and asset management. Her diverse professional background has been a valuable resource in successfully developing and

managing multiple investment properties.

As Chief Operating Officer of Sky Management Solutions, her experience has uniquely positioned her to orchestrate the management of commercial and residential real estate with a positive impact on investors. Her focus is on delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, streamlining processes, resource administration, and excellent customer service. Ms. Wilson is known for being a problem solver and an effective communicator and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships within the commercial and residential development and management community.
